Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan:

• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with our courier partners to deliver orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, high order volumes, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control.
